摘  要:以金花茶花为研究对象,用浸膏得率(HE)、总黄酮得率(TFA)、指纹图谱共有峰HPLC总面积(S)、提取液中芦丁的含量(VP)、提取液的抗氧化活性等作为衡量提取工艺的指标,采用均匀设计、指纹图谱、抗氧化活性实验优选金花茶半仿生提取法的条件。利用DPS分析软件得到二次多项式逐步回归方程的预测模型,结合工业实际生产,确定最佳提取条件为:3次提取用70%乙醇的p H依次为4.5、6.5、8,提取时间依次为10、5、5min。在此条件下,浸膏得率为38.50%,总黄酮得率为135.05mg/g,芦丁为3.46mg/g,指纹图谱共有峰HPLC总面积为33082.15,ABTS+自由基消除率为60.50%,DPPH自由基消除率为78.05%,标准化得分值为59.96,与理论值60.49的相对误差为0.88%。说明金花茶采用半仿生提取可行,均匀设计优选的条件的相关参数效果较好,得出的回归方程具有一定的实践指导意义。Camellia chrysantha as the research object, with the Hop extract ( HE ), total flavonoids (TFA), total HPLC integrate area of common peaks in fingerprints (S),the content of rutin (VP),antioxidant activity as a measure indicator. The uniform design,fingerprint,the antioxidant activity of experimental was used to optimize of semi bionic extraction conditions of Camellia chrysantha. Prediction model analysis software with two polynomial stepwise regression equation by DPS. According to industry production condition,the best technical condition:pH values of 70% ethanol for the lst,2nd,and 3rd decoctions were in order of 4.5,6.5 and 8.0,and the extraction time were 10,5 and 5rain,respectively. Under these conditions,the hop extract,total flavonoids, total HPLC integrate area of common peaks in fingerprints,the content of rutin,the elimination rate of ABTS+ free radical and the elimination rate of DPPH free radical was 38.50%, 135.05mg/g, 3.46mg/g,33082.15,60.50% and 78.05%. Compared to the theoretical value,the relative error of 0.88%. Optimized by DPS regression equation derived some practical significance.
