奥曲肽联合ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奥曲肽联合ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法从我院2010年6月—2013年6月收治的急性胰腺炎患者中选取68例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用奥曲肽,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂治疗,2组疗程均为2周。对比分析2组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组患者的总有效率为79.4%(27/34),观察组为97.1%(33/34),观察组的疗效明显优对照组,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组的腹痛缓解时间、腹痛消失时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间明显短于对照组,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果明显优于单独使用奥曲肽,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of octreotide ioint o~ -3 fish oil emulsion in treatment of acute pancreatitis, in order to provide effective basis for the clinical treatment. Methods 68 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis were selected from June 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital,which were randomly divided into two groups, control group and treatment group and each group had 34 cases. Control group was given conventional treatment of acute pancreatitis and octreotide, treatment group was given ω -3 fish oil emulsion treatment on the basis of control group. The treatment clinical effects of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate of control group was 79.4% （27/34）,and the treatment group was 97.1% （33/34）, The efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than the control group, There was a significant difference （t〈0.05）between the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy. The abdominal pain relief time, the bloating disappeared time, the urine amylase recovery time of treatment group were significantly shorter than control group. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of octreotide ioint ω-3 fish oil emulsion in treatment of acute pancreatitis was significantly better than conventional therapies such as octreotide alone, and it is worth to apply in clinic.
