图形视觉诱发电位在弱视疗效评估中的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的评价图形视觉诱发电位在弱视疗效评估中的应用价值。方法 61例（93眼）5岁~10岁弱视患儿分别在治疗前、治疗后行图形视觉诱发电位（PVEP）检查,分析其与治疗效果的相关性。结果弱视患者治疗前行PVEP检查,其P100波波幅均有不同程度降低,P100波潜伏期正常或轻度延长的患者,视力恢复较快,治疗效果明显;P100波潜伏期显著延长或记录不到明显P100波形的患者,视力恢复较慢且治疗效果不理想。结论 PVEP是弱视预后评估、治疗过程监测、疗效判定的有效手段。ObjectiveTo evaluate amblyopia prognosis and therapeutic effect,monitoring guide the treatment process.Methods61 cases（93 eyes）of 5-10 years old children with amblyopia in before and after treatment respectively graphic visual evoked potential（PVEP）examination,the results werecompared and analyzed.ResultsAmblyopia patients underwent PVEP,P100 wave amplitude were reduced to varying degrees,the latency of P100 in patients with normal or mildly prolonged,visual acuity recovered rapidly,obvious treatment effect.P100 wave latency was significantly prolonged or record not obvious P100 waveforms of patients,the recovery of visual acuity was slower and the treatment effect is not ideal. ConclusionPVEP is an effective means to evaluate prognosis of amblyopia,treatment results of process monitoring, evaluation.
