摘  要:因某款汽车变速器壳体的外形庞大而复杂且孔位的结构较为特殊,造成了模具设计的困难。经多方考虑,最终采用了多滑块嵌套式的抽芯机构及双脱模机构的顶出系统来完成模具设计。嵌套式的滑块装置实现了汽车变速器壳体孔位的一次成形工艺,简化了加工工艺流程,降低了产品制造成本,提高了生产效率;双脱模机构的顶出系统很好的配合了浇注系统的设计,有效解决了模具寿命后期产品变形度增加的问题。经实践证明,该设计方案合理,抽芯平稳、顶出安全、结构可靠、产品合格率高。The shape of automobile transmission housing is large and complex, the holes' location is special, so mold design is very difficult. A multi-nested-slide block to core-pulling mechanism and double stripper mechanism were adopted to design. The hole forming technology was realized by multi-nested-slide block device, the process was simplified, the manufacturing costs were reduced, and production efficiency was improved. Double stripping mechanism of ejecting system was suitable to the gating system, and effectively solved the problem, namely increase of deformation in the late die life. In practice, the design is reasonable, core-pulling structure is smooth, ejecting system is safe, die casting mold works reliably with high product aualified rate.
