大学生职业生涯设计中存在的问题及对策浅析

摘　　要：职业生涯设计是大学生在踏入社会工作之前最基础的一项准备工作,也是大学生实现自己人生职业理想和目标的重要一环。大学生职业生涯设计中存在定位不明确、实践性及可行性不足、指导体系不完整等问题。做好宣传和普及工作、注重实践环节、建立和完善职业生涯规划指导机构体系等是解决大学生职业生涯设计存在问题的有效措施。Career planning important part for them to realize planning has problems such as guidance system. Doing well in establishing and improving career prepares the university students before employment; it is also an their career ideals and goals. Currently the university students career unclear positioning, lack of practice and feasibility, and incomplete propaganda and popularization work, paying attention to practice, planning guidance organization system are effective solutions.
