摘 要:细胞周期的失调在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起着关键性作用。细胞周期蛋白D(Cyclin D)是G1/S期转换的正性调控因子。Cyclin D3的失调在肿瘤发病过程中的作用越来越受到广大研究者的重视,成为肿瘤遗传学、肿瘤病因学等众多领域的新的研究热点。研究采用生物信息学方法,在获得Cyclin D3基因和蛋白序列的基础上,对其结构、性质以及与其有相互作用的蛋白进行初步的生物信息学分析,为进一步研究Cyclin D3的生物学功能奠定基础。The imbalance of cell cycle plays a key role in the occurrence and development process of tumor. Cell cycle protein D (Cyclin D) is a positive regula- tory factor of the G1/S phase transfor- mation. More and more researchers pay attention to the role of Cyclin D3 disor- ders in the cancer pathogenesis process. It has become the hotspot in the field of Cancer genetics and tumor etiology and so on. This study was to obtain Cyclin D3 by using bioinformatics methods. On the basis of the gene and protein se- quence of Cyclin D3, the structure, properties, and proteins which had in- teraction with Cyclin D3 were initial an- alyzed by the bioinformatics, and it laid a foundation for the further research on the biological functions of Cyclin D3
