化浊解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨化浊解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2012年1月-2013年12月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,观察组给予化浊解毒方,对照组给予胃复春片治疗,两组患者均治疗2个疗程,每个疗程30d,比较两组患者症状治疗有效率、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)转阴率及胃镜病理学检查有效率。结果:观察组患者临床症状总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Hp转阴率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者胃镜病理学检查有效率显著高与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化浊解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床疗效显著,可显著提高Hp转阴率,临床可推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Huazhu Jiedu recipe for chronic atrophic gastritis of precancerous lesions. Methods： 82 cases were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 41 cases, observation group took the Huazhu Jiedu recipe, the control group took Weifuchun tablets. Results： The clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher （P〈0.05）; Hp negative rate was significantly higher in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of the Huazhu Jiedu recipe for chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions can significantly improve the Hp negative rate.
