基于学生需求的大学英语选修课程建设探究

摘　　要：随着人才市场竞争日益激烈，社会对高素质复合型人才的需求不断上升。而为非英语专业大学生提供多样化、实用性强的选修课在某种程度上满足了人才培养的需要。分析通过四级考试的非英语专业学生对大学英语提高阶段选修课程的目标需求和学习需求，有助于进一步优化选修课师资队伍、教材、教学方法及评价体系等，为建设能满足学习者个性化学习和发展需求的大学英语选修课课程体系提供参考。With the fierce competition in the talent market ,there is increasingly great need in our so‐ciety for competitive compound talents .So offering diverse and practicable elective courses for the non-English -majors in college English teaching is an option to meet this need .The analysis of the target needs and learning needs of non -English majors who have passed the College English Test （Band 4） helps to optimize teaching staff and teaching material ,improve teaching methods and evaluating system , etc .for the sake of the construction of the course system of College English elective courses .
