摘  要:目的了解护理本科生临床预见习的实施情况和学生对预见习的评价。方法 265名大学二年级护理本科生在暑假期间进行为期10d的临床预见习,预见习结束后,采用自设问卷对学生进行调查。结果认为参加此次预见习有助于认识学习护理操作的重要性、有助于了解护理工作的环境和氛围、有助于意识到护患沟通的重要性、有助于了解护士的工作流程和职责的学生分别占93.6%、91.4%、87.5%和86.1%。结论预见习的教学效果是肯定的,但是预见习的教学计划和教学制度还需要完善。Objective To investigate the status and students' evaluation of early clinical observation activities among second-year undergraduate nursing students. Methods Totally 265 second-year undergraduate nursing students who attended 10-day clinical observation activities during the summer holiday were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Results Most students thought that this clinical observation activity facilitated them to realize the importance of learning nursing skills(93.6%),understand nursing work environment and atmosphere(91.4%),realize the importance of nurse-patient communication(87.5%) and understand nurses' working process and responsibilities(86.1%). Conclusion The outcomes of clinical observation activities are positive,while the teaching plan of clinical observation activities needs to be further improved.
