摘　　要：专科护士的培训发展是护理事业中不可或缺的重要环节。山东大学附属省立医院是山东省重症监护、糖尿病、血液净化、消毒供应、手术室、急诊科、产科7个专科护士培训的临床教学基地,在培训基地专科建设、师资建设和课程建设方面积累了丰富经验,先后为全省培养专科护士559名,有效促进了全省护理队伍的专业化、规范化及临床护理重点专科的发展,发挥了良好的区域辐射作用。Training specialized nurses is an important part in the development of nursing profession. There are seven specialized nursing training bases in Shandnng Provincial Hospital,including intensive care,diabetes care, blood purification,sterilization and supply,operating room nursing,emergency care and obstetric nursing. This paper introduced the experience in the construction of specialized nurse training bases,building teacher team and curriculum design. Totally 559 specialized nurses received practice training in these training bases. The construction of training bases promoted the specialization of nursing team and the development of key specialties in nursing,and played an important role of regional radiation.
