角膜环与血脂异常相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：旨在观察角膜环与血脂异常之间的关系。方法：本组选择收集我院门诊和住院有角膜环病人共8712人，按角膜环发生的程度分Ⅰ级，Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级，然后对比观察各组间血脂异常和合并动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（ASCVD）发生率之间的相关性。结果：角膜环与血脂异常呈显著正相关，角膜环出现越早越严重，合并高血压，糖代谢异常，合并ASCVD的发生率越高，说明角膜环与动脉粥样硬化密切相关，并且角膜环随着年龄的增长而增加。结论：角膜环与血脂异常，动脉粥样硬化疾病密切相关。ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate the correlation between corneal arcus and lipid abnormality. Methods In this research, 8712 cases who were from the inpatient department and clinic at our hospital were divided into three different groups by judging the stages of corneal arcus. It was carried out by means of studying the correlation between corneal arcusand lipid abnormality, arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.Results The results show that there is significant positive correlation between corneal arcus and lipid abnormality. The patients for who corneal arcus occurred at their earlier ages had more apparent corneal arcus and theyoften had higher chance of being the victims of Hypertension, abnormal metabolism of carbohydrate and arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.ConclusionIt indicates that corneal arcus is associated with lipid abnormalityand arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease and it will grow with the increase of the age.
