双镜联合在治疗结肠小占位中的运用

摘　　要：目的：探索腹腔镜、结肠镜联合运用在结肠小占位治疗中的临床价值。方法：回顾2010年1月至2014年6月间接受腹腔镜、结肠镜联合治疗的28例患者资料，分析手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、治疗效果及住院时间等指标。结果：28例全部顺利完成，无中转开腹。21例息肉摘除病例平均手术时间35．5±12．6min；手术出血量在10～60ml，平均20．6±10.5ml；肠功能恢复时间12～48h，平均24．5±6．7h。所有病例术后均无肠瘘、肠腔狭窄、肠道大出血等并发症。结论双镜联合治疗结肠小占位是合理的治疗模式，在确保治疗效果的同时，降低了手术创伤，有广阔的应用空间。Objective To explore the clinic merit of the application of combining laparoscopy with colonoscopyintreatment of colorectal polyps.Methods The materials of the patients who were treated by the combining laparoscopywith colonoscopy were analyzed, such as operation time, the recovered time of gastrointestinalfunction and the hospitalization time. Results All operations were performed successfully. No one was converted to open operation. The mean operation time was 35.5±12.6min, The mean blood loss was 20.6±10.5ml, The average recovered time of gastrointestinal function was24.5±6.7h. No complications occurred.Conclusion Treatment on colorectal polyps by combining laparoscopy with colonoscopy is reasonable. It ensures the effect and decrease the operational lesion. There is the broad space to be used in clinic.
