摘　　要：目的：评价彩超诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤临床价值。方法：对彩超诊断的29例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者进行总结分析。结果：彩超能够敏感显示主动脉夹层动脉瘤剥离的内膜、剥离的范围及血流的改变，并对其进行分析。结论：彩超诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤具有操作简便、无创、可重复观察等优点，对主动脉夹层的诊断有重要的临床意义，成为临床诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤的首选方法。Objective IExplore the color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing aortic dissecting aneurysm. Methods The application of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of 29 cases of aortic dissecting aneurysm patients summary analysis. Results Sensitive color doppler ultrasonography can display the range of its lining, and the change of blood flow, and analysis of aortic dissecting aneurysm. Conclusions Color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm is a reliable method for imaging. Has the advantage that the noninvasive, quick, convenient, become the preferred method of clinical diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm.
