一次法与多次法根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较一次法与传统法根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的牙髓炎患者72例,随机分为两组,其中观察组37例,选用一次法根管治疗术进行治疗,对照组35例,选用传统方法进行处理,观察并比较两组患者临床疗效以及2年后复发情况。结果观察组临床疗效、2年后复发情况与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次法根管治疗术与传统根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的临床疗效无区别,且不会增加复发例数,可以在临床上放心使用。Objective Comparison of the clinical efficacy of a process and conventional root canal therapy treatment in pulpitis. Methods 72 patients with pulpitis in our hospital were divided into two groups. For 37 cases in observation group, chose a process root canal therapy for treatment; for 35 cases in the control group, chose the traditional therapy. The two groups of patients were observed in clinical efficacy and recurrence after 2 years. Results Compared the clinical efficacy and recurrence after 2 years of the two groups. The difference was not statistically significant P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of a process root canal therapy and traditional therapy has no distinction in pulptitis treatment, cannot increase the number of relapse cases and can be safely used in clinical practice.
