摘　　要：妇科肿瘤严重困扰女性的健康,因此需要积极寻求有效的筛查手段及治疗方法来降低该病的死亡率。基质金属蛋白酶7对很多细胞外基质大分子具有较高的分解活性,其不仅能加快细胞活性降解,而且有利于肿瘤淋巴管和血管的不断蔓延。基质金属蛋白酶与肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭及转移关系密切,为妇科肿瘤诊断和治疗提供了一个新的视角。Gynecological oncology seriously trouble women’s health.It is important to actively seek effective means of screening and treatment methods to reduce the mortality rate of such disease.MMP7 has high decomposition activity, which not only can enhance cell activity,but also conducive to tumor lymphatic and blood vessels continue to breed. MMPs are closely related with tumor.This study on the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological tumor provides a new perspective.
