摘　　要：目的：探讨可调节缝线在Ahmed青光眼阀植入术治疗新生血管性青光眼（ NNG）的临床应用。方法采用Ahmed青光眼阀植入术联合可调节缝线治疗NVG38例，观察手术前后眼压的变化及术后并发症的情况，术后平均随访1～3个月。结果术后根据眼压情况分次拆除可调节缝线，术后第5天平均眼压（15．62±2．52） mm-Hg，无低眼压、浅前房、前房出血等并发症发生。结论采用Ahmed青光眼阀植入术联合可调节缝线治疗NVG，不但能控制眼压，而且能减少并发症的发生，是治疗NVG的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effect of adjustable suture on the Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation for neovascular glaucoma.Methods Thirty-eight eyes with neovascular glaucoma underwent Ahmed glaucoma valve implanta-tion combined with adjustable suture.Changes in intraocular pressure and postoperative complications were observed for 1 to 3 months.Results The adjustable sutures were removed at a stepwise manner based on postoperative intraocular pres-sure.At the fifth day the intraocular pressure was 15.62 ±2.52 mmHg, compared to 54.16 ±8.30 mmHg before surgery. The common complications included anterior hemorrhage in 2 cases.Conclusion Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation combined with adjustable suture is an effective method for treating neovascular glaucoma.
