摘　　要：胃作为一个消化器官,不可避免受到外源性及内源性等不良因素的刺激,因此,对胃黏膜如何抵御损伤因子的探索尤为重要。目前对胃黏膜保护机制的研究已经从整体、器官和组织水平深入到细胞与分子水平,本文全面而系统地阐述了胃黏膜保护机制的研究进展,为开展胃黏膜保护相关的基础与临床研究提供参考。Stomach as a digestive organ , is stimulated inevitably by exogenous and endogenous harmful factors , so it is important to explore how gastric mucosa resist harmful factors .At present , researches on the gastric mucosa protection have been from the system , organ and tissue levels to the cellular and molecular levels .In this artical, the research pro-gress on the protective mechanisms of the gastric mucosa was reviewed comprehensively and systematically to provide some references for the future basic and clinical research related gastric mucosal protection .
