摘　　要：本文介绍1例咽部完全梗阻经腹部胃造瘘口完成胃造瘘换管术的病例,分析疾病发展不同阶段手术方式的改变,为疑难胃造瘘操作病例提供参考。A patient with total pharyngeal obstruction was introduced with gastrostomy tube exchanging via abdominal gastrostomy stoma . The changes of operation pattern at different disease stages were analyzed , in order to provide references for difficult gastrostomy cases .
