摘　　要：胃食管反流病是消化内科常见病。近年来,24 h多通道腔内阻抗联合p H技术的运用将反流事件分为酸反流、弱酸反流及弱碱反流。本文将这3种类型反流的定义、引起胃食管反流病的机制及治疗综述如下。Gastroesophageal reflux disease （ GERD） is a common disease of digestive diseases .In recent years , the technique of 24-hour esophageal multichannel intraluminal impedance monitoring combined with pH -metry （ MII-pH） di-vide reflux events into acid reflux , weakly acid reflux and weakly alkaline reflux .In this article , definitions of three types of reflux , the mechanism of GERD , and the treatment of GERD will be summarized as follows .
