摘 要:通过热分析法、金相法和膨胀法测定CCT曲线,为SAE4320H钢合理制定热处理工艺提供可靠、有效的理论依据。由CCT曲线试验结果表明:当冷却速度为25℃/h时,显微组织全部为先共析铁素体+珠光体;当冷却速度为600℃/min时,显微组织中贝氏体转变量最多,达到95%;随冷却速度进一步加快,贝氏体转变量开始逐渐减少,显微组织中出现马氏体。The CCT curve was comprehensively determined by thermal analysis, metallographic method and expansion method, the curve can provide a reliable and effective theory basis for making a reasonable heat treatment process for the steel of SAE4320H. The experimental results of CCT curve show that when the cooling speed is 25℃/h, the microstrueture is ferrite and pearlite. While, when the cooling speed is 600 ℃/min, the most transformation quantity of the microstrueture is bainite which can reach 95%. With the fast cooling speed, the amount of bainite transformation begins to gradually reduce as soon as martensite appearing.
