疏肝健脾活血方联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝健脾活血方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝患者的疗效。方法:将90例非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例与对照组45例均予以口服水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗,治疗组加用疏肝健脾活血方治疗,疗程均为12周。结果:两组治疗后中医证候疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042);治疗组在改善肝功能(ALT、r-GT)方面优于对照组,并降低TG;两组均能提高肝/脾CT值(P=0.000、P=0.002)。结论:疏肝健脾活血方联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著。Objective：To observation of the curative effect of Shugan Jianpi decoction treatment in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease .Methods：The treatment group of 45 casesand 45 cases in control group were treated with oral Silibinin capsules treatment ,treatment group was added with the Shugan Jianpi Huoxue decoction ,the test time was 12 weeks .Results：Comparison of TCM syndrome curative effect after the treatment in the two groups ,the difference was statistically significant （P=0 .042）;The treatment group in improving liver function （ALT ,r‐GT） than the control group ,and reduced TG ;The two groups can improve the liver /spleen CT value （P=0 .000 , P=0 .002） .Conclusion ：Silibinin capsules united Shugan Jianpi decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholicfatty liver disease curative effect is re‐markable .
