电针配合鼠神经生长因子肌注治疗顽固性面瘫38例

摘　　要：目的:观察电针配合鼠神经生长因子治疗顽固性性面瘫的临床疗效,为顽固性面瘫的临床治疗提供新思路。方法:73例顽固性面瘫患者,随机分为对照组35例,治疗组38例。对照组予以电针治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予鼠神经生长因子肌注。电针治疗选断续波,隔日治疗1次,7次为1疗程,治疗4个疗程。鼠神经生长因子肌注,1d1次,每次9000IU。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05﹚。结论:电针配合鼠神经生长因子肌注治疗顽固性面瘫可以取得较好的疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of electro‐acupuncture combined with mouse nerve growth factor（mNGF） injection for the treatment of intractable facial paralysis ,to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of intractable facial paralysis .Method：73 cases of intractable facial paralysis patients were randomLy divided into 35 cases in the control group ,treatment of 38 cases .Control group treated with electro‐acupuncture ,Treatment group received intramuscular injection of mNGF on the basis of the control group .Electro‐acupuncture treatment selected discontinuous wave ,every other day 1 time ,each time 30 minutes ,7 times for a course of treatment ,treatment of 4 courses .Intramuscular injection of mNGF ,1 time per day ,per 9000IU .Results：The curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group ,there was statistically significant（P〈 0 .05） .Conclusion：The electro‐acupuncture combined with mNGF injection can have better clinical curative effect in treatment of intractable facial paralysis .
