香砂六君子汤治疗脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察香砂六君子水煎液以及不同提取部位对脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征的治疗作用。方法:采用大黄泻下法复制小鼠脾虚腹泻模型,观察受试药物对小鼠排便和肠推进率的影响;采用番泻叶及胶带束缚法复制大鼠脾虚泄泻型肠易激综合征模型,观察受试药物对大鼠肠道敏感性、肠推进率及血清、结肠组织中5-羟色胺量的影响。结果:香砂六君子汤对脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征有改善作用,水煎液及不同提取部位对改善脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征症状的不同表现有不同的效果。结论:香砂六君子汤对脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征有明显的改善作用,其中香砂六君子汤乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位主要通过改善腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠肠道敏感性来发挥治疗作用;水溶性部位、水煎液部位具有明显的止泻作用,主要通过改善肠道运动功能异常从而达到治疗目的。Objective ：To observe the effect of Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi decoction and its different extract on spleen deficiency diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome .Methods：The rat model of spleen deficiency diarrhea was estab‐lished by using rhubarb ,and observe the effect of tested decoction that alvine pushing rate of mice and its defecation .Senna and belt bound was used to cope the rat model of spleen deficiency diarrhea type lrritable bowel syndrome ,and explore bowel sensitivity ,alvine pushing rate ,the content of 5‐HT in serum and colon tissue .Results ：Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi decoc‐tion and its extract may improve the symptoms of spleen deficiency diarrhea type Irritable bowel syndrome .Conclusions ：The ethyl acetate extract and the n‐butanol extract of Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi decoction may regulate the bowel sensitivity . The water‐soluble extract and decoction may anti diarrhea obviously .
