社区退休人员牙周健康状况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区退休人员的牙周健康状况及影响因素,为社区医院制定针对本社区老年人的口腔预防、保健和治疗计划提供参考。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选择240位在社区医院进行年度健康体检的退休人员作为调查对象进行问卷调查和全口牙周检查,并进行统计学分析。结果所有调查对象都有不同程度的牙周附着丧失,全口平均附着丧失为(2.17±1.28)mm,全口平均探诊深度为(2.36±0.42)mm。刷牙习惯的不同显著影响探诊深度(P<0.05)。性别、年龄和吸烟习惯对附着丧失有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论以牙周附着丧失为标准,所有调查对象均有牙周组织疾病;刷牙习惯和吸烟习惯是影响牙周健康的因素。Objective To investigate the periodontal condition of enterprise retirees and analyze the possible effect factors on the oral health of eommunity elders. Methods A random sample of 240 enterprise retirees were selected to re- ceive a questionnaire and foil mouth periodontal examination. Results All the objects being investigated had attachment loss, the probe depth was （2.17 probe de, the attachment loss was （：2.36 attac） mm. The probing depth was influenced by hrushing habits （P 〈 0.05 ）. Attachment loss was influenced by gender, age and smoking habits （P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion The periodontal condition of enterprise retiree is not optimistie. Their oral hygiene habits need to be improved. The in＇ushing hahits and smoking habits are the risk factors.
