摘 要:如何寻求推进组织转型的创新型管理方法,实现从松散封闭的自治学术组织向高效服务的战略中心型创业组织转型,对于高职院校主动服务地方经济社会发展是至关重要的。探索创业型高校与加强产教融合、开放办学的高职发展方向完全一致。基于平衡计分卡的战略管理模型,可以充分发挥管理流程中的战略协同效应,并把组织的创业发展战略转化为各种具体指标。从客户(学生、社会组织与企业)、内部流程、学习与成长、财务四个维度,建立起分适于组织层面和业务部门的变革管理框架,推动高职院校向创业型组织转型发展。How to seek the innovative managing method for the promotion of organization reform, so as to realize the transition from the incompact and closed academic organization to the strategic center of efficient service, is quite essential for the higher vocational colleges to spontaneously serve the local economic development. The exploration of entrepreneurial colleges agrees to the development of vocational higher education in terms of the enhancement of uniting industry and education, and open education. The strategic managing model based on the balanced scoreboard can exert strategic synergy in managing procedure, and transform the entrepreneurial development strategies of the organization into specific index. The frame of reform management that suits organization layers and departments will be established in the four aspects of customers (students, social organizations, and enterprises), internal procedures, study and growth and finance, to promote the colleges to transform to entrepreneurial organizations.
