摘　　要：针对水平连铸独特的工艺要求,分析目前国内其应用水平和前景;充分利用目前工业控制先进的技术、可靠的指标、高性价比的投资成本代替传统的控制方式;采用类正弦曲线模型与工艺需求相结合,满足各种规格冶炼工艺的需要。According to the requirement of HCCM ﹙horizontaI continuous casting machine﹚,this paper anaIyzes its appIication and prospect,make fuI use of the industriaI controI technoIogy,reIiabIe indicators,Iower the investment cost,to repIace the current controI methods of the traditionaI.The sine curve modeI and process requirements are combined,to meet the needs of vari-ous specifications and the smeIting process.
