摘　　要：文章在简要回顾CTBUH国际会议的历史变迁及2014年上海国际会议概况的基础上,有针对性地介绍了围绕议题"迈向可持续的垂直城市主义"的代表性发言内容。最后,通过CTBUH执行理事安东尼·伍德先生在会议中提出的"实现新高层建筑地域性的设计十原则",展现了学会推动高层建筑生态及社会效益的愿景和拓展对城市人居环境关注的转向。Based on a brief introduction of the history and evolution of the CTBUH International Conference and an overview of the 2014 Shanghai Conference, the article specifically introduces the representative speeches which revolve closely around the theme ＇Towards Sustainable Vertical Urbanism＇. Lastly, through the ＇Ten Design Principles for a New High-rise Vernacular＇ proposed by Antony Wood, the Executive Director of CTBUH, the author presents thelong-term objective of CTBUH to promote the ecological as well as social benefits of tall building, and the transition to extend their attention to Urban Habitat.
