摘 要:现代生物能源技术的出现和发展,给人类解决能源问题提供了新的、可持续的绿色途径,但发展生物能源对于粮食安全来说风险与机遇并存,对于如何在发展生物能源的同时,兼顾粮食安全,FAO一直致力于研究推广生物能源与粮食安全方面的评价方法与体系。本文通过对FAO开发的综合粮食能源系统分析框架的研究,介绍了综合粮食能源系统分析框架的内容和评价指标体系,针对具体的综合粮食能源系统(IFES)进行可持续性和可复制性评价的步骤和方法,以推动中国生物能源产业的发展,促进粮食安全。The emergence and development of the modern bioenergy technology provides a new and sustainable way for mankind in energy solutions.But developing bioenergy is the coexistence of venture and opportunity in terms of food security.Taking both the development of bioenergy and food security into consideration,the FAO has been conducting the research of bioenergy popularization as well as the evaluation methods and system of food security.Through the research of analysis framwork of the FAO integrated food energy systems,the dissertation introduces the analysis framework contents and evaluation index system of integrated food energy systems.Based on the evaluation procedures and methods of sustainability and replicability of particular Integrated Food Energy Systems(IFES),the dissertation aims at the acceleration of our national bioenergy industry development as well as the promotion of the food security.
