面向服务的应急处置信息资源分类框架研究

摘　　要：本文依据应急处置信息资源的本质特征,结合信息服务需求,遵循信息资源分类原则,采用多维信息分类方法,建立了基于事件属性维、时空维、信息资源特征维的分类框架,重点分析了事件属性分类的基本内容,并由此制定了分类编码规则,实现了面向信息服务的信息资源多角度、多层次综合映射,成为推动应急处置信息资源应用与服务的重要基础。According to the characteristic of the emergency management information resource, this paper analyzes the requirements of information service and proposes emergency management classification system based on event property, space-time and feature dimension by multi-dimension classification method. It mainly analyzes the primary content and establishes the classification code rules, coming to a conclusion that the classification system is meaningful to realize integration code rules and helps to promote emergency management information service and application.
