摘 要:目的探讨上海市临床护士职业紧张与留职意愿的相关性,为降低护士离职率提供理论依据。方法随机抽取上海市4所医院的350名临床护士,采用职业紧张量表、留职意愿量表进行调查。结果护士留职意愿得分为(19.79±3.23)分,职业紧张总分为(345.16±26.38)分,职业紧张与留职意愿存在显著性相关(P<0.01),在控制一般资料的影响下,职业紧张程度是预测护士留职意愿的重要因素(P<0.05)。一般资料中护士的婚姻状况、工龄、月收入均对护士的留职意愿产生影响(P<0.05)。结论降低护士的职业紧张度,可以有效地提高其留职意愿水平,管理者应控制护士职业紧张状况,增强留职意愿,制定稳定护理队伍的策略。[ Objective ] To explore the relationship between occupational stress and nurses' intention to stay, and provide theory basis for reducing nurses' turnover rate. [Methods] A total of 350 nurses from 4 hospitals of Shanghai City were recruited randomly and investigated by the occupational stress inventory revised edition (OSI-R) and nurses' intention to stay questionnaire. [Results] The mean scores of nurses' intention to stay and OSI-R were (19.79-3.23) and (345.16-26.38), respectively. The nurses' OSI-R was closely correlated to nurses' intention to stay (P〈0.01). With the influences of the general information, the nurses' OSI-R was an independent factor to predict nurses' intention to stay (P〈0.05). Some of the general information, such as marital status, service length and income influenced nurses' intention to stay (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] Reducing occupational stress is beneficial to improving nurses' intention to stay. Managers should control nurses' occupational stress, improve nurses' intention to stay and establish strategies to make the nursing team stable.
