摘  要:采用ISSR、RAPD与RAMP 3种分子标记,对来自国内外的32份萝卜种质亲缘关系与遗传多样性进行分析。ISSR、RAPD与RAMP标记多态性比率分别为84.1%、86.2%及92.6%,平均每个引物产生多态性条带分别为8.6、8.3及14.1条;综合3种标记聚类分析将32份萝卜种质在遗传距离为0.30处清晰聚为2大类群,第一类群包含31份种质,均为来自国内的栽培种或姊妹系;第二类群由来自欧洲的黑萝卜MTHS单独构成,聚类结果表现与材料来源、根肉色及根形关系较为密切。3种标记综合聚类与各标记单独聚类图存在一定的差异,综合聚类分析结果更加直观的反映出材料间的亲缘关系图,与园艺学性状的一致性比任何单一标记更高。The relationship and genetic diversity were studied with ISSR, RAPD and RAMP. With ISSR, RAPD and RAMP, the proportions of polymorphism were 84, 1%, 86.2 % and 92.6 %, respectively and the average primers generated polymorphic bands were 8.6, 8.3 and 14.1 respectively. Integrated three tag clustering results showed that the 32 radish germplasm in genetic distance 0.30 was in clearly divided into two groups, the first group consists of 31 species, are all from domestic or sister varieties,and the second group of black radish MTHS alone from Europe. Clustering results based on the ISSR,RAPD and RAMP markers combination data, are in high accordance with their own origins, root color and the shape. There was some difference between three integrated clustering analysis and the marking alone, comprehensive analysis of the results more intuitive reflect the genetic relationship of materials between figure and consistency of horticulture trait is higher than any single marker.
