摘 要:印度"十一五"计划包含了初等教育规划在2012已经结束。在此期间,初等教育获得了更多的教育公共支出支持,儿童入学率基本达到世界水平,初等教育师资和基础设施有了一定的改善,初等教育普及计划(SARVA SHIKSHA ABHIYAN(SSA))获得重大推进,女童受教育机会大幅增加。同时,印度初等教育也暴露出一些问题,表现为发展依然不够强大,弱势群体儿童还需引起更多关注,教育质量有待提高,师资配置不均衡等。这些成绩和问题给予我们如何发展初等教育更多启示。The primary education planning of India "llth Five Year Plan" had ended in 2012. During the period, being offered more expenditure support by India government, so children enrollment rate has reached the world level, and teachers of primary educa- tion and infrastructure has been improved greatly. SARVA SHIKSHA ABHIYAN( SSA ) obtained a significant advance. For this rea- son, Girls'education has made great progress. At the same time, there are some disadvantages, India primary education is still not strong enough, and children vulnerable groups also need more attention. It needs to be improving educational quality, bridging unbal- anced distribution of teachers etc. The phenomenon would give us more inspirations.
