整合课程“感染免疫与相关疾病”的带教体会

摘　　要：为了适应医学教育改革的发展趋势,加强学生的自主学习能力和分析解决问题能力的培养,山东大学医学院构建了系列整合课程体系。其中"感染免疫与相关疾病"将医学免疫学、医学微生物学、人体寄生虫学、传染病学以及药理学(抗生素)、病理学(传染病病理)等关联较密切的学科内容进行有机整合,采取课堂教学、PBL、实验教学、临床见习相结合的教学方式,目前已开设近三年,在主动学习和分析解决问题的能力培养以及临床思维方式的培养等方面取得了优于传统教学模式的良好教学效果。文章着重讨论带教过程中遇到的问题及体会。In order to adapt to the development trend of medical education reform, integrated curriculum model has been established in eight-year medical education in School of Medicine, Shandong University. Integrated curriculum of Infection, immunity ＆ related dis- eases mainly includes the following subjects： medical microbiology, medical immunity, human parasitology ＆ infectious diseases. Inte- grated lectures, PBL ＆ experiments are used in teaching. So far, this integrated curriculum model has been applied in eight-year teaching for 3 years. This paper mainly discusses the teaching experience and problems encountered in the process of teaching.
