摘  要:目的:比较浸渍法和超声法对斑秃搽剂质量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸的含量,以阿魏酸的含量及浸膏得率比较两种方法对斑秃搽剂质量的影响。结果:阿魏酸在2.02~20.20μg·m L-1范围内线性关系良好,r2=0.9997,平均回收率101.5%,RSD为1.28%(n=6)。浸渍法所得的阿魏酸含量及浸膏得率均明显高于超声法。结论:在制备斑秃搽剂时,以阿魏酸的含量及浸膏得率为判断标准,浸渍法优于超声法。Objective To compare the difference of quality of Bantu liniment prepared by immersion method and ultrasonic method, respectively. Methods The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC, and the content of ferulic acid and the yield of dry extracts was used as the standard to evaluate the quality of Bantu liniment in different methods of different meth- ods of preparation. Results The linear range of ferulic acid was from 2.02 to 20.20 μg· mL^- 1 ( r^2 = 0. 9997), and the av- erage recovery rate of ferulic acid was 101.5% with RSD of 1.28% ( n = 6). The content of ferulic acid and yield of dry extracts prepared with immersion method was significantly higher than that prepared with ultrasonic method. Conclusion In preparation of Bantu Liniment, the content of ferulic acid and yield of dry extracts could be selected as the indexes of quality standard, and the immersion method was superior to ultrasonic method.
