摘  要:针对室内空气中低浓度的甲醛污染,采用原位氧化还原法在室温下制备了活性炭负载的锰氧化物材料(Mn Ox/AC),该复合材料对0.1 mg/m3甲醛污染气体的净化能力约为未负载活性炭的4.5倍;而且该材料失活后在室温下放置7 h后,其去除甲醛的活性可自行恢复,可以多次重复使用。相对湿度升高降低该复合材料的净化性能,而在较高温度下(60℃)表现出稳定的甲醛去除性能。To deal with indoor pollution caused by low-level formaldehyde, manganese oxides supported on granular activated carbon (MnOx/AC) were prepared by in-situ reduction of permanganate with AC at room temperature. The composite MnOx/AC material showed much higher capability to remove formalde- hyde, about 4.5 times higher than that of uncoated granular activated carbon. Moreover, the deactivated MnOJAC can be self-regenerated after it was kept at room temperature for 7 h, and can be repeatedly used. The increased relative humidity would decrease the purification capability of MnOx/AC. However, it showed stable catalytic activity for formaldehyde removal at 60 ℃.
