摘　　要：中国-东盟自由贸易区建设发展亟需大批东南亚语种人才。广西作为联系东盟的桥头堡,急需培养大批东南亚语种的人才。虽然广西各高校纷纷以就业为导向开设了相关专业,但高素质人才仍然供不应求。采取国际合作办学与"专业+语言"培养模式,加强校企合作,强化实践教学环节,从而提高学生的就业竞争力。Construction and development of CAFTA have been majoring in Southeast Asia minority language. As the bridgehead Zhuang Autonomous Region is eager to train a great deal of Guangxi Province have set relative employment-oriented is tight. Therefore, enhancing students＂ employment international cooperation on school running deepening cooperation between enterprise and language requiring a great deal of talents of contacting ASEAN, Guangxi talents. Although universities in majors, the market for the high quality talents competitiveness should focus on adopting and training mode on specialty with language ability, college and strengthening the practice teaching.
