摘 要:通过借助工序能耗概念,对板坯连铸工序的能耗值进行研究计算,得到典型板坯连铸工序能耗基准值为7.08 kgce/t铸坯。分析结果可知,板坯连铸过程水、煤气和压缩空气为主要的耗能指标项。为提高铸机工序能效指标,应该从提升铸坯的热装比,严格制定二冷配水制度和烘烤制度上出发,提高能源利用率,提升工序的现代化程度。The energy relation of slab continuous casting has been discussed by introducing a concept of process energy consumption.The calculated value was 7.08 kgce/t slab.According to the calculation,it could be found that the process water,coal gas and compressed air were the major energy consumption items.By improving ratio of the hot slab charging,strict controlling the secondary cooling water system and strict controlling the baking system,the energy efficiency could be improved,and the modernization of slab continuous casting could be achieved.
