摘　　要：互联网的发展带给了我们更多的言论自由权,而在网络中网民会由于不同的原因形成不同的网络政治心理。网络政治心理会给政府和社会带来不同程度的影响,消极的影响则会形成一些社会问题,所以政府应该采取措施进行网络治理。The development of the Internet brings us more freedom of speech, and Internet users in the network will be due to the different reasons for the formation of different network political psychology.Network of political psychology will bring different effects to the government and the society, the negative impact will cause some social problems, so the government should take measures to carry out the network governance.
