海洋经济背景下舟山群岛新区海洋体育产业可持续发展研究  

Research on Sustainable Development of Marine Sports Industry in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area under the Marine Economic Background

摘　　要：运用文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,调查分析舟山群岛新区海洋体育产业现状,并探讨海洋体育产业可持续发展环境。在此基础上,提出舟山群岛新区海洋体育产业可持续发展对策:树立海洋体育休闲理念;健全海洋体育产业法律制度和管理制度;推进"海洋体育人才"工程;坚持政府主导,创新海洋体育产业政策;鼓励和支持投资海洋体育资源开发主体的多样化;运用大型海洋体育赛事推动海洋体育产业发展;结合海洋渔业结构调整,加快发展海钓运动产业;遵循海洋体育产业市发展规律,注重海洋体育市场调查研究。With the employment of literature data, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this paper was to investigate and analyze the status of marine sports industry in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area under the background of marine economic development. From the perspective of marine sports industry, sustainable development, interactive effects of marine economy as well as marine sports consumption, a series of factors concerning sustainable development, such as the policy environment, marine economic environment, marine sports resources environment, marine sports humanistic environment and social atmosphere in Zhoushan Islands New Area were analyzed. Moreover, some suggestions were put forward. First, establish the entertaining ideal, risk early warning system, and further improve the legal system and the management system in marine sports industry. Second, boost the ＂Marine Sports Talents＂ project, adhere to the govemment-oriented innovative policy in marine sports industry and ensure the diversity of resource investment in marine sports industry. Third, promote the development of marine sports industry with the help of large-scale marine sports competition and accelerate the development of the fishing industry with the combination of marine fishery restructuring. Finally, follow the law of market development in marine sports industry and focus on the investigation and countermeasures to marine sports market.
