高压氧治疗脑出血66例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对66例脑出血患者应用高压氧治疗的疗效进行观察。方法选取66例于近一年期间接收的脑出血患者,将入选患者平分为对照组与实验组,将常规治疗应用于对照组,高压氧治疗实验组,观察两组疗效。结果实验组神经功能缺损改善及疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑出血采取高压氧治疗,可明显改善临床症状,疗效显著。Objective To observe the curative effect of 66 cases of patients treated with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 66 patients were innearly a year in our hospital during reception of cerebral hemorrhage, the patients weredivided into control group and experiment group, conventional treatment is applied to the.; control group, the hyperbaric oxygen treatment in experimental group, two groups of curative effect observation. Results The nerve function defect and the experimental group improvedsignificantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen treatmentof cerebral hemorrhage, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the curative effect is remarkable.
