双黄连口服液治疗流行性角结膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药制剂双黄连口服液对流行性角结膜炎的临床疗效。方法观察2013年1月~2014年6月门诊流行性角结膜炎的患者,共62例62眼,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各31例,双眼同时患病者统一将右眼纳入观察。试验组给予双黄连口服液口服联合干扰素滴眼液进行治疗,对照组应用干扰素滴眼液作为对照治疗,总疗程为2周,观察两组用药后的临床疗效。结果试验组和对照组的临床疗效总有效率分别为93.6%和71.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,试验组和对照组均无明显不良反应。结论双黄连口服液联合干扰素滴眼液治疗流行性角结膜炎的临床疗效确切。Objective To observe theefficacyof herbalmedicine shuanghuanglianoralliquid for epidemic keratoconunc- tivitis. Methods Atotalof 62 cases 62 eyeswithepidemickeratoconjunctivitiswere randomly divided into test group and control group, 31 cases in eachgroup. The test groupwastreatedwith shuanghuanglianoral liquid and interferon eye drops; the control group received interferon eye drops, for 2 weeks as a total course of treatment. Clinical efficacy were observed after treatment. Results In the test group and control group, the total clinicaleffectiverateswere 93.6% and 71.0%, respectively, the difference wasstatisticallysignificant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The test group and control group had no significant ad- verse reactions. Conclusions Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with interferon eyedrops has exact clinical curative effect in treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis.
