摘　　要：目的:调查分析护士灾害护理能力的现况及影响因素。方法:采用自制一般资料问卷和杨美芳编制的护理本科生灾害护理能力调查问卷,以分层随机抽样的方法调查上海市某三级甲等医院262名护士。结果:护士灾害护理能力总分(172.37±24.29)分;影响护士灾害护理能力的因素包括现有知识能否适应现场救援、是否参加过应急演练、第一学历和是否参加过救援。结论:护士灾害护理能力水平一般,需通过相关系统培训和训练、认识和积累经验来提高临床护士的灾害护理能力。Objective ： To investigate the current situation of nursing ability of nurses against disaster events and analyze the influencing factors. Methods ： The self - designed general information questionnaire and the nursing competence questionnaire for undergraduate nursing students designed by Yang Meifang were used to investigate 262 nurses of a certain hospital at grade III class A level in Shanghai city. Results：The total score of nursing competence of the investigated nurses against disaster events was 172.37 ± 24.29 points. The influencing factors mainly included mastery of the related knowledge, experience in participating in emergency drills and education background. Conclusion ： The nursing competence of nurses against disaster events is in ordinary level and it will be upgraded through relevant and systematic training.
