摘　　要：目的:调查实习护生临床实习需求及满足情况,探讨缩小教学双方认知差距、完善临床实习教学的方法及效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,使用自制问卷对南京市46所二级甲等及以上医院的558名实习护生进行问卷调查并分析。结果:实习护生对护理职业安全、就业知识与技能和护理基础理论、基本知识与基本技能等方面需求较高,职业安全知识与技能和就业知识与技能等方面需求被满足程度较低。结论:实习护生临床实习需求及满足情况之间存在较大差距。实习医院与学校应注重护生多方面的需求,加强实习期间的管理,切实采取有效措施以满足护生临床实习需求。Objective：To investigate the demand of clinical practice and satisfaction of student nurses, discuss on narrowing the cognitive gap between teachers and students in order to improve the efficacy of clinical practice and teaching methods. Methods ： The self - designed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 558 student nurses of 46 hospitals above the level of grade 11 class A in Nanjing city and the data were analyzed. Results ： The student nurses had high demands in aspects of occupational safety, knowledge and skills of seeking employment, basic nursing theory and knowledge and basic nursing skills during clinical practice and the sense of satisfaction was poor. Conclusion：There is a big gap between the demand and sense of satisfaction among student nurses in clinical practice. The hospitals in charge of clinical practice should pay attention to the students＇ demands and take effective measures to strengthen the management of student nurses during clinical practice.
