E-钙粘蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-7的蛋白表达与大肠癌的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)和基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)的蛋白表达与大肠癌的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测E-cadherin和MMP-7蛋白在14例大肠腺瘤组织、102例大肠癌组织及相应癌旁正常黏膜的表达情况。结果相对于大肠癌旁的正常组织,E-cadherin在癌组织中表达降低(P<0.001),而MMP-7蛋白在癌组织中比正常组织表达明显增高(P<0.001);二者在癌组织中呈现负相关(r=-0.478,P<0.001)。结论 E-cadherin的表达降低和MMP-7的表达增高与大肠癌的生物学行为密切相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between expressions of E-cadherin and matrix metalloproteinase-7（MMP-7） and colorectal carcinoma. Methods Expressions of E-cadherin and MMP-7 were detected in 14 cases of adenomas,102 cases of colorectal carcinomas and adjacent normal tissues by immunohistochemical staining. Results Compared with the normal colorectal mucous,the expression of E-cadherin significantly decreased in the tissues of carcinoma（P〈 0. 001）,and the expression of MMP-7 significantly increased in the tissues of carcinoma when compared with normal colorectal mucous（P〈 0. 001）. There was negative correlation between E-cadherin and MMP-7（P〈 0. 001）. Conclusion Down-regulation of E-cadherin and up-regulation of MMP-7 are closely correlated with the biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma.
