摘 要:目的:探讨褪黑素合成酶AANAT在胆管癌组织中的表达及其与血管生成因子VEGF表达的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测60例人类胆管癌组织与相应正常癌旁组织中AANAT与VEGF的表达情况。结果:60例人胆管癌组织与相应正常癌旁组织中,AANAT在胆管癌组织中的表达阳性率为30.0%(18/60),而相应正常癌旁胆管组织阳性率为81.7%(49/60),两者阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在胆管癌组织中的表达阳性率为73.3%(44/60),而相应正常癌旁胆管组织阳性率为40.0%(24/60),两者阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在胆管癌组织中,AANAT的表达与临床病理参数无明显相关性(P>0.05),而VEGF的表达与有无淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05);AANAT与VEGF在胆管癌组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.645,P<0.05)。结论:AANAT与VEGF可能在胆管癌的发生、发展中发挥一定的作用,两者在胆管癌发生中存在一定的关系,这将为胆管癌的诊断和靶向基因治疗提供新的途径和思路。Objective: To investigate the expression of AANAT and VEG F in cholangiocarcinoma tissues and explore its relation with cholangiocarcinoma behavior. Methods: The expressions of AANAT and VEGF in 60 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and para-neoplastic tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results: In 60 cases of cholangiocarcinoma tissues AANAT positive expression rate was 30.0%(18/60), the AANAT of para-neoplastic tissues positive expression rate was 81.7%(49/60), there was significant difference between them(P〈0.05). The V EG F of cholangiocarcinoma tissues positive expression rate were 73.3%(44/60), and para-neoplastic tissues positive expression rate were 40.0%(24/60), there was significant difference between them(P〈0.05). In 60 cases of cholangiocarcinoma tissues, the expression of AANAT parameters have no obvious correlation withclinicalcases(P〉0.05), and the expression of VEGF was associated with the presence of lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). AANAT and VEGF expression in cholangiocarcinoma tissue showed a negative correlation(r=-0.645, P〈0.05). Conclusion: AANAT and VEGF may be play a role in the and development in cholangiocarcinoma, This will be for the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma and targeted gene therapy provides newways and ideas.
