摘 要:目的使用补肾固齿丸辅助牙周基础治疗,应用锥形束CT(Cone Beam Computed Tomography,CBCT)及相关软件检测牙周炎患者牙槽骨的改变,以观察补肾固齿丸辅助牙周基础治疗的临床疗效。方法本次研究采用对照实验法,治疗前检查并记录各项临床指数和中医症候评分,统计对比对照组与给药组治疗前后临床指标及CBCT测量的牙槽骨高度的变化。将治疗前后牙槽骨高度变化值、中医症候评分变化值作为两个变量,进行线性相关分析。结果 1.两名口腔医师的测量结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2.CBCT测量结果显示两组患者治疗后平均牙槽骨高度均较治疗前增加,且给药组的牙槽骨高度增加较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后部分牙周指数较治疗前增加,且给药组改善的程度明显优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3.直线相关分析结果显示,牙周炎患者的中医症候评分减少值与牙槽骨高度增加值呈正相关(r=0.945)。结论补肾固齿丸作为牙周基础治疗的辅助手段有助于进一步促进牙周炎患者的牙槽骨修复。Objective Use “bushenguchiwan” assisted periodontal initial therapy.Through Cone beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) and related software to measure the height changes of the alveolar bone before and after the treatment,Observing the clinical effect of periodontal initial therapy assisted by “bushenguchiwan”. methods A randomized project is adopted in this study. Before treatment,these patients were examined and the various clinical indexes and score of traditional chinese mediein (TCM) syndrome.The image of these patients were taken by Cone beam Computed Tomography before treatment and then alveolar bone height of each patient in the image was measured respectively by two dentists. The linear correlation analysis were conducted using change values of the alveolar height before and after the treatment and that of the TCM syndrome score as two variables.Results 1.There was no statistical difference between different observers on alveolar bone density measurement (P〉0.05).2.CBCT measurements proved that both groups showed signiifcant increase in alveolar bone height after treatment,but the periodontal index of the treatment group was signiifcantly better than that of the control group (P〈0.05).3.Linear correlation analysis showed that decreased value of TCM symptom score and the added value of alveolar bone height were positively correlated (r = 0.945). Conclusion “Bushenguchiwan” as an auxiliary means for periodontal treatment can furtherly promote the alveolar bone repair of the periodontitis patients.
