河池市体检人群脂肪肝发生率及相关危险因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查河池市脂肪肝患病率及其主要危险因素。方法收集2011年1月至2013年1月在河池市人民医院体检具有完整资料的1433例体检者的体格检查的结果,分析脂肪肝的发生率及相关危险因素。结果 1433例体检者脂肪肝发生357例,发生率为24.9%,经过多因素和单因素分析显示年龄≥60岁（OR=6.856,95%CI 0.826~8.664）、饮酒（OR=2.120,95%CI 0.781~3.342）、喜食肉食（OR=2.559,95%CI 0.988~6.340）、体质指数≥24 kg/m2（OR=1.457,95%CI 0.941~12.432）、空腹血糖≥7.0 mmol/L（OR=3.642,95%CI 0.368~5.563）、总胆固醇≥5.72 mmol/L（OR=5.754,95%CI 0.708~7.865）、三酰甘油≥1.7 mmol/L（OR=3.459,95%CI 0.542~4.643）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇≥3.64 mmol/L（OR=3.559,95%CI 0.748~7.640）是脂肪肝患病的危险因素。结论河池市脂肪肝的发生率较高,其发病主要与年龄、饮食、肥胖、高血糖、高血脂相关。Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of fatty liver in Hechi city. Meth- ods Complete data of 1433 people underwent physical examination in Hechi People＇s Hospital from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2013 was collected,the prevalence and risk factors of fatty liver were analyzed. Results Among all the 1433 eases ,357 cases had fatty liver,the prevalence rate was 24.9%. Results of multivariate and univa- riate analysis showed that age above 60 （ OR = 6. 856,95 % C10. 826-8. 664 ） ; drinking （ OR = 2. 120,95 % CI 0.781-3. 342 ）, preference for meat （ OR = 2. 559,95 % Cl 0. 988 -6. 340 ）, Body mass index ≥24 kg/m2 （ OR = 1. 457,95% CI 0.941-12. 432） ,fasting blood glucose ≥7.0 mmol/L（ OR = 3. 642,95% CI 0. 368-5. 563） ,total cholesterol ≥5.72 retool/L（ OR = 5. 754,95 % CI 0. 708-7. 865 ）, triacylglyceml ≥ 1.7 mmol/L （ OR = 3. 459, 95 % C10. 542-4. 643 ） ,low density lipopretein cholesterol ≥3.64 mmol/L（ OR = 3. 559,95% CI 0. 748-7. 640 ） were the risk factors of fatty liver disease. Conclusion Fatty liver disease has a high prevalence in Heehi city, and the risk factors mainly include age,diet,obesity,high blood sugar,and high blood fat.
