加温苏木素染液在术中冰冻染色中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨室温较低时最佳的快速苏木素染色温度,以改善术中切片染色质量,提高诊断准确性。方法:选取不同新鲜活体组织,包埋剂处理,经快速冰冻切片机切片,不同梯度温度苏木素染液染色,伊红快速染色。结果:当室温较低时,苏木素染液温度在35℃染色质量最好,染色鲜艳,镜下组织结构细胞形态清晰,细胞核浆对比清楚。结论:控制好染色液温度可辅助提高病理诊断的准确性。Objective：To explore the best temperature of rapid hematoxylin staining,improving the dyeing effect of the frozen section and the diagnostic accuracy. Methods：Several kinds of fresh tissue were used for rapid hematoxylin staining in different temperature gradients. Results：When the room temperature drops,the optimal dyeing effect of he-matoxylin staining was obtained under 35℃ . Conclusion：Controlling temperature accurately can improve dyeing effect of frozen sections.
