3D腹腔镜经脐单孔胆囊切除35例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨借助3D腹腔镜系统完成经脐单孔胆囊切除手术的临床经验。方法:经临床筛选35例胆囊结石病患者,均有反复发作右上腹痛的病史,上腹部B超检查提示胆囊结石。手术在3D腹腔镜系统辅助下经脐部单一操作孔进行操作。结果:35例患者均成功完成手术,手术时间约30min至85min,平均40min。患者术后8h可下床活动,术后第1d恢复正常饮食,第2-3d均出院,临床症状均消失。结论:3D腹腔镜下深度感的出现,使得解剖更清楚,操作更精准,有利于减少并发症、缩短手术时间、完成更为复杂的腹腔镜手术。Objective：To explore the clinical experience of single - incision laparoscopic holecystectomy using a three - dimensional（3D）single - incision laparoscopic system. Methods：Thirty - five patients with gallbladder stone disease with a history of recurrent abdominal pain were selected to undergo the surgery. Gallstones were diagnosed by B ultrasound examination. All the operations were performed through the umbilical incision with the 3D laparoscopic system. Results：For all the 35 patients operations were completed successfully with a operative time of 30min to 85min. Both of the patients were ambulatory 8h after the surgery,began to have a normal diet 1 day after operation, and were discharged 2 - 3 days postoperatively without any clinical symptoms. Conclusion：3D laparoscopic surgery allows more precise operation with reduced complications and helps to shorten operative time,and is suitable for more complex laparoscopic surgery.
