摘　　要：细胞质动力蛋白轻链Tctex-1是由两个α螺旋和4个β链组成的二聚体。Tctex-1可以和Lfc、CD155、Doc2、VDAC1、REIC/Dkk-3和Fyn等相互作用,促进神经突和轴突的形成,介导逆行囊泡运输,还可以参与直接的物质运输。研究发现Tctex-1在神经、免疫及肿瘤等领域发挥着重要的作用,因此对于Tctex-1的深入研究必将给多种疾病的治疗带来希望。本文旨在阐述细胞质动力蛋白轻链Tctex-1的结构和功能,并对其在肿瘤和免疫等领域的作用进行综述。Tctex - 1,1. 4kD dimer,is cytoplasmic dynein light chain,which consists of two α - helix and four β -strand. Tctex - 1 can interact with Lfc,CD155,Doc2,VDAC1,REIC/ Dkk - 3 and Fyn. Tctex - 1 not only plays a role in promoting neurite formation,axon outgrowth and retrograde axonal transport,but also involves in directly vesicle transport. Because Tctex - 1 plays an important role in neurology,immunology,cancer and other fields,the further re-search of Tctex - 1 will bring development for the cure of many diseases. This review will elaborate the structure and function of Tctex - 1 and summarize its role in tumor,immunology,and other fields.
